MLS Economy Package
The MLS Economy package is recommended only for experienced sellers of lots, land, or landlords looking for a rental/lease tenant. For other properties, sellers will need to purchase additional items to make the listing agent friendly, which is key to selling the home. Without those additional items the listing will likely be deficient in the eyes of buyer agents (who represent 86% of buyers).

The package includes a listing on the local MLS system with 8 color photos, a listing on Realtor.com, as well as a listing on hundreds of additional websites -- in fact, we list you on so many websites there's literally too many to count!
